How To Download Your Digital Purchase

The Digital Shop at Sweet Summer Designs has several easy to use, budget friendly, digital downloads for a variety of occasions and purposes. From ready to use image files to editable templates, you'll be sure to find something perfect to fit your needs. Not sure how to download your purchase? No problem, we're here to help!

Main Shop Purchases

Instant downloads purchased from our main shop are available immediately after the order has been confirmed. This often happens instantly, but can sometimes take a couple of minutes when we are experiencing heavy traffic. A download link will become visible after your complete your purchase, and you will also receive an email with the same link.

Etsy Shop Purchases

Instant downloads purchased from our Etsy shop are also available immediately after the order has been confirmed. This often happens instantly, but can sometimes take a couple of minutes when Etsy is experiencing heavy traffic while processing payments. Etsy digital download links are available in three locations: on the confirmation screen immediately after the order is processed, in the order confirmation email, and in your purchase history.

If you are using a mobile device, your download link might not appear, as Etsy's mobile app currently does not support mobile downloads. If this happens, you need to open the Etsy website in the web browser instead of the app.

STEP 1:

Sign into your Etsy account through the web browser, NOT the app. Click on your profile photo to view the different sections of your account. Click on "Purchases and Reviews."

STEP 2:

Scroll through your purchase history until you find the items you want to download. Click on it to open the order.

STEP 3:

Once you have opened your order, you should now see a link that says, "Download Files." Click on this link.

STEP 4:

A download confirmation will pop up on the screen. Click "Download" to continue.

STEP 5:

After the download is complete, it will appear in your recent downloads folder in the upper right corner. Click on it to view it in the folder.

STEP 6:

Locate the zipped file in your downloads folder, and click on it to unzip. Click on each photo you want to save, one at a time, to save them to your photo album. From there, you can upload to your social media account or any app you would like.
