I’m a near beginner at 77 on my MacBookPro 2018 version computer at home. My order # is: 1975728343. I downloaded my purchase but it’s in a folder and I’m unable to open it or print the titles. It looks like a folder. Can you PDF it for me? I can deal with that. My browser is Safari and I up-graded to Catalina about 6 months ago. Please, I need your help! Since Catalina took over, I’m unable to see my all of my downloads like I use to.
